Gratitude Journal

As mentioned in my post about gratitude and positive thinking , one of the things that I did was create a gratitude journal which I write in each and every day. I feel that it is very important for us to do this as although we have an illness that makes living so hard, we also have a lot to be grateful for. Only by completing a gratitude journal, do we realize this.

For this reason, I have created a Gratitude Journal Template for you to use if you would like to. You can download the template for free under the Resources section of my blog.
